Let's say that you ask the provider thet you want the bill in full with all
the numbers you call, can you do that in denmark?

If you choose Tele2 (and Telia too, I think), you'll receive a
bill with full specification.

If you choose the biggest provider, Tele Danmark, the default is
that you do not get this service. You can however ask for it and
get it, but that costs extra - something like 50 kr. for three
months.

Yep, that's no problem, you may have to pay a minor fee.

If it's a business line the two last digits are removed.
