Hej

Sorry jeg crossposter, jeg ved det ikke er velset i grupperne, men syntes
den her sag er alvorlig nok.

Citat fra Cisco:
IMPORTANT WORLDWIDE
SAFETY RECALL
Cisco ADSL Router Power Adapters
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and other
international safety authorities, Cisco is voluntarily recalling about
95,000 power adapters sold worldwide. These adapters can overheat which
could present a shock or fire hazard.

The power adapter has the part number 34-0949-02 written in the upper left
hand corner of the label on the bottom of the power adapter. The power
adapter is used with the Cisco 826, 827, 827-4V and SOHO 77 ADSL routers.
Neither the router nor the power cord are part of this recall program. No
other Cisco products will be part of this recall.

Consumers/End Users

Please check your adapter to determine if you have one of the adapters
affected by this recall. If so, immediately stop using it. Unplug the
adapter from the wall. Please retain the AC power cord for use with your
replacement adapter. You can register on line to receive a free replacement.
Click here to get to the Online Power Adapter Replacement Form. If you have
any questions, contact Cisco at 1-800-553-2447 (U.S.) (anytime) or (408)
526-7209 (International) (anytime) or click here for a list of world wide
numbers.

The power adapter, measuring approximately 6 inches long and 2.5 inches
wide, is a small black AC unit, which connects to the above router models
and is pictured in Figures 1 and 2 below. This power adapter connects to the
router with a locking connector cord which is permanently connected to the
power adapter; there is a detachable cord that connects in the other end of
the power adapter which then connects to an AC electrical outlet. The label
located on the back of the power adapter has the Cisco Systems logo with a
part number below it which reads: P/N: 34-0949-02.

The recalled power adapter has been shipped with the following router
product numbers:

PWR-820-WW1=
CISCO 826
CISCO 827
CISCO 827-4V
CISCO 827-EUR
CISCO SOHO77
