What is this bird ?

I think its a Yellowhammer ?

Male or Female ? or maybe both ?

No, not a Siskin. It hasn't got enough black bits around the head fo a male,
and it's much too yellow underneath for a female.

I'd go for Yellowhammer.

And it doesn't look like a Siskin. But does look like a yellowhammer
