TOP URGENT

Is any one can help me up to write a program to keep track the students'
attendance for counseling sessions. and the counseling sessions are
conducted once a week with the following functions:

a) Add new students with name and student id
b) Delete students
c) Record the students' attendance ( date ) and progress ( improved, good,
poor )
d) Display the attendance, by student or by date

Use Excel og Acess. Much easier.
