HP Deskjet 3810, 3816, 3820c, 3822, and 5550 Printers - How to Print a Test Page
Introduction
It is possible to print a test page from the HP Deskjet 3810, 3816, 3820c, 3822, and 5550 series printers in several different ways. In the first three methods (the sample page, the hardware self-test page, and the hardware cartridge test page), the printer does not need to be hooked up to the computer and the printer software does not need to be installed. The fourth method (the Printer Assistant test page) can be used to print a test page from the HP Deskjet 3810, 3816, 3820C, 3822, or 5550 Printer Assistant after the printer software is already installed on the computer.
