Naa, linket virker ikke. Men her kommer artiklens indhold:

"SUKANYA JITPLEECHEEP

The Swedish electrical appliance producer Electrolux AB will set up a
new factory in Thailand to make commercial laundry equipment after
closing its 100-year-old base in Denmark later this year.

Construction of the new facility is now under way at a 425-million-baht
plant on a 20-rai site in Rayong, according to Ettore Gregorini,
president of Electrolux Laundry Systems (Thailand).

All production will be completely transferred from Europe to Thailand
by 2007. Assembly lines will open on a limited basis later this year
for mini-washers and dryers, and the Danish factory will be closed at
the same time.

The Thailand factory will have an initial production capacity of 6,800
units in 2006, rising to 13,400, 15,100 and 17,000 units over the
following three years. About 180 workers in Denmark will lose their
jobs, while Electrolux will hire at least 230 Thais.

In Europe, a workers cost a minimum of 2000 Euros per month to the
Company: Salary, paid holidays, social security, pensiun funds, taxes,
etc... If anyone from Denmark read that, kindly confirm or correct,
thanks. So 180 Danish workers sacked x 2000 = 360,000 Euro = 18
millions Bahts monthly saving for Electrolux.

In Thailand, a factory worker costs 4 to 6000 Bahts per month.
Considering that there will be also executives with a higher salary, I
think than an average of 12,000 Bahts per head per month is fair.
So, 230 Thai workers recruited x 12,000 = 2,760,000 Bahts expenses, say
3
millions, per month.
Overall saving = 15 millions Bahts per month."
