other countries who are suspected of being terrorists at a detention
facility in Guantanamo Bay in Cuba. Based on what you have heard or read,
do you think the US should continue to operate this facility or do you
think the US should close this facility and transfer the prisoners to
other facilities?

31. In general, do you approve or disapprove of the way the US is
treating the prisoners being held at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba?

June 22, 2005--A Rasmussen Reports survey found that 20% of Americans
believe prisoners at Guantanamo Bay have been treated unfairly. Seven-
out-of-ten adults believe the prisoners are being treated "better than
they deserve" (36%) or "about right" (34%).
The survey also found that just 14% agree with people who say that
prisoner treatment at Guantanamo Bay is similar to Nazi tactics. Sixty-
nine percent disagree with that comparison. This helps explain why
Illinois Senator Dick Durbin apologized for making such a comparison.

Tjah, jeg er vel egentlig ikke nok inde i sagerne til at kunne sige andet,
end at tidligere aktive og fremtidigt potentielle terrorister, bør spærres
inde, og nøglen smides væk.
Ligesom Le Grande Nation har gjort indtil for nylig på Ile du Diable.

Man bliver således retsløs når staten anholder en for terrorisme? Man
skal end ikke for en dommer; bare politiet mener man er det, er det
fældende?
