Excuse me, but Frontpage is a program to design websites, not a graphic
program.
Frontpage makes it a lot easier to format text, which is the basic intention
of HTML and you don't use grids or rulers to format text.
Thus, Frontpage does not have those features and I for one don't know if
there actually is a patch/plugin for that, but honestly I doubt it.
What you may look for is not related to frontpage, but to a graphics program
like PhotoShop, etc. And for that, other NG's exist.
