My GGGreat Grand father,Henry Thorwald Rasmussen was born in Denmark 11 January 1833.
I know no other details of him until he was a crew member on the "Chile" which sailed from England and arrived in Port Chalmers, New
Zealand 20 November 1862.
He married a passenger Cattrine Berghof in Dunedin 24 January 1863, being in the country three weeks.
He died by accident 6 December 1874.
Can anyone tell me how do I find his birth place?
