Hi,
I would like to create an application that reads and sets registry values
from a remote client. Is there a way to do this using TCP socket in VB? If
yes, how?

You are asking, on how to program TCP/IP, in VB ... or how to edit the
registry?

Yes - if you want to complicate things

a. Look for Client/server code somewhere explaining how to set up this
scenario
b. make a protocol to address the reg db
c. make it work
