Ifølge NTcompatible (www.ntcompatible.com) virker det ikke:

"The game's copy protection (SafeDisc) doesn't work properly under XP. When
circumvented, the game will run but hitting 'Resume' or 'Options' from the
main menu will cause a crash to the desktop."

Du kan evt. prøve at køre spillet i Virtual PC...

I found out how to get DiscWorld to work on WIndows XP. The problem
lies in the SafeDisc copy protection which is on Disc 1. SafeDisc is
not compatiable with Windows XP. So you have to copy the 1st disc and
remove the SafeDisc copy protection. www.gamecopyworld.com Then;

Create the following temporary directory:
TempDir#1 : C:\TEMP\CD
Copy the full contents of the original CD to TempDir#1.
Replace the original <TempDir#1>\TIN3_DXD.EXE file with the one from

CD-Label as the original CD.
