I recently spotted a font familiy name PIXymbols. It has a range of
categories and no doubt also one that includes electronic and technical
symbols.
www.fonts.com is the homepage from the Agfa Monotype corporation. You will
definitely find the Font family here. Perhaps only looking at the example
might help you in the right direction with your logo.
