Hej.
Som absolut amatør-teoretiker har jeg for år tilbage læst Einsteins
Relativitetsteori og den udvidede ditto, og har nu læst S. Hawkings
Illustreret Univers fra 1997.
Har Hawking skrevet flere bøger siden da? Kan andre bøger om samme emne
anbefales? Eller måske links på nettet? Det skal helst være på dansk, eller
til nød på engelsk.

Prøv evt. at kigge på Kip Thorne's bog:

"Black Holes and Time Warps"

Den er desværre på engelsk, men jeg tror ikke du kommer meget videre på
dansk.

S Hawkings har da skrevet nogle bøger for os som ikke er professionelle
ud i den teoretiske fysik, men jeg ved ikke helt hvilke der er oversat
til dansk. På www.amazone.com fandt jeg 38, hvoraf en del dog er
gengangere i forskellig forklædning.
Jeg tror den seneste er "The universe in a nutshell", som mener jeg har
set oversat til dansk. Derudover kender jeg "Kosmiske tanker" der er
oversat efter "Black holes and babyuniverses".

Ud over S. Hawkings vil jeg da gerne anbefale John Gribbin. Bl.a. er
nogle af hans "In search of ...."-bøger er oversat til dansk. Jeg synes
f.eks "På sporet af Scrödingers kat" giver en glimrende introduktion til
kvantemekanikken. Den er fra 1987, så måske er den vanskelige at finde
hos andre en antikvariater.
