Ja, men det er stadigvæk i strid med Debian Free Software Guidelines
at software ikke må modificeres og distribueres i binærform.
Det ses for eksempel ved at betragte klausul 2 og 3 af DFSG. Da
'Derived Works' ikke må distribueres i binærform kan licensen ikke
både overholde klausul 2 og 3:
