Is it possible to get a predefined value i~

In an ordinary textfield it is possible to set a VALUE tag to get a
predefined value in that field, but this I cannot get to work in a FILE
field. Is it possible somehow?

If you mean:

File field only find *.jpg files, then the answer is no

No, this is not possible due to security issues.
