Her er et par posts fra udenlandske boards


Just thought I needed to air some severe grievances with Future
Entertainment.

I ordered 2 titles from them a while back and after 2 weeks hadn't received
them, so I contacted them by e-mail to ask what was going on. They replied
saying I needed to send them something in writing so they could send me
replacement discs, which I did.

Another weeks or do goes by and nothing happens, so I phone them up to ask
for my money back as I thought waiting nearly a month for goods was
unacceptable. After waiting mins on the line, I was barraged with a number
of intrusive questions like 'why I wanted a refund?'.

I was then passed around to 3 different people who asked the same questions
over and over again who then passed me to a gentlemen called 'Ian' (who I am
assuming is in a managerial position) who told me to resend a letter so he
could 'refund my f***ing money' and I was told not to order anything from
their site again!

In all my life working in customer services environments I have never seen
such disgusting service. I am quite new to ordering DVDs from websites, and
after ordering from sites like Amazon and Play I was expecting a similar
type of service from F.Ent, unfortunately this whole affair has left a real
bad taste in my mouth, and I would encourage all patrons of this site to
steer well clear of Ian and his cronies.

I would also welcome the advice of all forum members in regards to who, and
who not to order discs from, as in all fairness, I am thinking of sticking
to my local HMV.

Last July I ordered Steely Dan - Two Against Nature from them and it was In
Stock. It took a month to arrive.

I haven't used them since.

I wouldn't bother if I were you. I have had The Big Lebowski on order since
22/12 and they still haven't shipped it. Take heed of everyone elses advice
and steer clear of them.

Hmmm...De gange jeg har handlet hos dem, har service altid været i top;
filmene kommer altid efter højst 4 dage.

Jeg har også brugt dem et par gange - ingen problemer her. Hvornår er de
postings fra, Matias?!?

Jeg bestillte en film fra dem i December. Det tog 14 dage for den at nå frem
til mig.........men det var osse midt i julemåneden.

Film nr. 2, tog 3 dage om at nå mig, og film nr. 3, tog kun 2(!) dage om at
nå frem til mig.

Emails jeg har sendt til dem, bliver besvaret samme dag, hvilket jeg osse
synes er godt. Film jeg ikke har kunnet finde andre steder, har jeg emailet
dem, om de ikke får dem på deres side. Dagen efter var disse titler på deres
side, klar til bestilling.

Jeg har kun gode ting at sige om dem.

Plejer også kun at have gode ting at sige og ja de plejer at være
hurtige til at besvare ens mails... MEN for snart en måned siden spurgte
jeg om de fik Notorious (Criterion Edition) og hvor meget den ville
koste og selv om de gav mig svar stort set med det samme har de stadig
ikke lagt filmen ud på siden så jeg kan bestille den. De to gange jeg
har spurgt dem efterfølgende om hvornår jeg kan forvente at kunne
bestille den har de overhovedet ikke svaret på

Hmm, det hjælper at brokke sig på dk.kultur.film. Knap havde jeg skrevet
dette indlæg før jeg fik en mail om at nu kunne jeg bestille den på
hjemmesiden

Det lyder jo grumt. Jeg har handlet hos dem adskillige gange, og har aldrig
haft problemer af nogen art. Hvis filmene er på lager, kommer de som regel
efter 2-4 dage. Prøv evt. at hænge lidt ud i dk.marked.privat.tv+video.dvd -
der refereres hyppigt til FE, og jeg husker ikke nogen negative historier.

Man skal også huske på at vi i DK har den regel om, at hvis vi betaler med
Dankort eller Visa, så kan man henvende sig til banken hvis butikken ikke
sender varen selvom de har trukket penge. Så levere banken pengene
tilbage...
Sådan er regelen vist..
