Please do the following :
Step 1
While IncrediMail is running you can always see the IncrediMail Tray Icon (orange envelope) that is located in the lower right corner (near the computer clock).
Right click on this icon and select: "Exit".
1. Go to C:\Program Files\IncrediMail\bin\Licenses.
Delete the "IM_PREM.imk" and "IM_LTWIZ.imk" files.
Note: Delete only these two files and not any other file.
2. Go to C:\WINDOWS. Delete the files MF_C420.lfa and MF_C421.lfa .
Note: If you have Windows NT or 2000 you should look for the files in C:\WINNT.
Do not delete any other file other than the ones we directed you to.
Step 2
In order to complete the registration procedure you need to connect to our server.
So if you are using any kind of Firewall or Personal Proxy please disable it.
Step 3
Open IncrediMail and register your registration code again.

Manual registration instructions
On the computer with which you intend to use the product, make sure that
your computer is connected to the Internet and follow these simple steps:
1. Open IncrediMail.
2. Copy the registration code located above the instructions.
3. In the main window of the IncrediMail application, click on the Help
menu (in the task bar) and select "Enter Registration Code".
4. An "Enter Registration Code" dialog will open. Paste or insert your
registration code in the appropriate text-box.
5. Click "Enter" to activate your code.
6. You are ready to begin.
